Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means that you can submit a return request within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If we accept your return request, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send the item. Items sent to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Upon receipt of your order, please inspect it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item so that we can assess the situation and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items (e.g. food, flowers or plants), non-standard items (e.g. special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, purchase a new item separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without giving any reason. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will inform you whether or not your return has been approved. Once your return has been approved, you will be automatically refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and transfer the funds.
