Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.
Local Delivery (Lithuania)
We offer the following delivery options in Lithuania:
Delivery to a parcel machine (LP Express) — 2-3 business days — €2.50
Free delivery for orders over €80.
International Delivery — Latvia and Estonia
We ship to Latvia and Estonia. Estimated delivery times and prices:
Latvia (delivery to LP Express parcel locker) — 3–5 business days — €3.00
Estonia (delivery to LP Express parcel locker) — 3–5 business days — €3.50

We work with trusted carriers LP Express to ensure reliable delivery throughout the Baltic region.
Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to track your delivery status directly on the carrier’s website.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at additio@bonaves.com.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
